Field agents
The people who physically stand on your land. They photograph every corner with the date, time and coordinates attached, check the boundary against your documents, and write up what they found.
Each agent carries photo identification and works to a fixed checklist, so two different agents visiting the same plot produce comparable records rather than different opinions.
Review and approval
Every report is checked before it reaches you. A visit with missing photographs, a blurred boundary or an unexplained gap goes back to the agent rather than forward to the customer.
Reports move through three levels of approval inside the system, and the record of who approved what is kept.
Client handling
One point of contact who knows your property, so you are not explaining the survey number again every time you write.
Enquiries are answered the same working day. If something is found on your land, you hear about it that day, not in the next report.
Engineering and survey
Licensed surveyors for boundary marking and stone setting; contractors for fencing, walls, levelling and borewells.
Their work is supervised and photographed by our own agent, so you get an independent record of what was actually built.
Legal and financial partners
Advocates, document writers and chartered accountants, engaged for the work that requires a qualified professional.
We say so plainly on every service page. We assemble the evidence and the documents; they appear, draft and file.
Records and custody
Your documents, photographs and reports, held on servers we control.
Access is limited by role, every view of a document is logged, and nothing is shared with a third party for any purpose other than the service you asked for.

We take on field agents across Guntur and the surrounding districts. A motorcycle, a smartphone and the patience to photograph the same four corners properly, every time, matter more than a degree.
