Establishing the boundary
- Land survey and boundary marking A licensed surveyor sets stones at every corner against the survey record, and we log the coordinates so a removed stone can be replaced exactly.
- Soil testing Before you build or buy. Bearing capacity and water table, from an accredited lab.
Securing it
- Fencing Barbed wire, chain link or compound wall, quoted per running foot. Sold separately as well.
- Compound wall and gate Where the plot value justifies it. Ends a boundary argument permanently.
Preparing it for use
- Levelling and site development Earthwork, filling and access before construction begins.
- Borewell and water connection Drilling, casing and the paperwork that goes with it.
- Repair and renovation supervision with a partner You appoint the contractor or we find one; either way somebody checks the work and photographs it, weekly.
